Our goal is to launch your website in two weeks or less. After you provide the necessary assets for your website (depending on your package), we build accordingly. The key is to follow the process we provide after you choose your package for best results.

To be placed on the schedule, 50% of the total costs is required. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

Yes. As with any website you must pay for hosting. Every business must pay to have a place online. There are typically two annual fees. 1. Your domain name (the address in the web browser like MichianMarketing.com) , which typically costs about $20 annually. 2. Your hosting fee which starts around $250 a year if you manage the website internally after design, set-up, and launch by us. If we manage the website for you, these prices remain and there will be a monthly fee for website management.

You will a receive a simple agreement to ensure you understand the payment arrangements and deliverables. Once the website is complete and/or other services such as social media profiles, they will be assigned to you or your employee of choice for management. If you need us to manage your assets additional fees apply.

Priority support places your emails in front of the queue to be answered within 24 hours. If necessary, a phone call can be scheduled at your convenience.

We will need you to briefly write about your business and provide photos. You can fill out our questionnaire about your business and we will professionally edit it. You can provide photos from your phone or photographer.

A newsletter encourages visitors to sign up to your email list to receive updates. You can offer a valuable lead magnet (like a PDF) as an incentive or start with a simple newsletter. A funnel is a sequence of prewritten emails that are automatically sent out once someone signs up so your business will stay top of mind. This requires an additional cost for the email service. We can set it up for you on the professional account.

In the premium package, you have the option for a a blog. We will set up the page and a blog template so it is prepared for you to use each time you want to add a post. It makes publishing a blog faster and your website more valuable for customers and search engines like Google.

A product page is a page within your website that can list or display up to ten products or services. It is not an eCommerce page. We do not offer eCommerce at this time, but you can catalog your products and services on your product page to drive leads and sales.

Depending on your package, you may need to write some information for different sections of your website. We will edit the content so your business sounds professional. We will edit the tone, grammar, and length as necessary.
